My initial call was returned in 45 minutes. The receptionist was very courteous and took all my information. She promised a call back within 15 minutes with an appointment and a technician for the repair. 30 minutes later we were finally able to schedule. The technician, Matt, arrived within 15 minutes of the appointment time. He also was extremely courteous. He explained what he was doing and finding. He made the repairs on the central air unit within 45 minutes. The bill was exactly the number I was quoted on my initial call.
Overall, I was very pleased and definitely would use the service again.
