Jerry Schiavo of Temp-Rite was the last of three individuals to price my work, and while I was in an emergency, no-heat situation during the coldest week of the year, I was put to ease when Jerry Schiavo provided a clear, written estimate of the proposed work in a short amount of time. As an architect, I find this to be an extremely professional and efficient manner of presenting services to a customer. The written estimate, competitive cost, and Jerry's knowledge of the subject led me to choose Temp-Rite over other, more local companies. The installation of a new oil fired steam boiler in my residence went smoothly (from an owner's perspective)and took no more time than was promised. I am very pleased that time was taken to complete the job not only to my satisfaction but to the satisfaction of the installer as well. Temp-Rite took the time to address a few minor concerns with the overall heating system that I am sure would have been ignored by other companies. To top it all off Temp-Rite made a special trip back to my residence to accept a credit card payment and took some time to fine tune our system, all at no extra charge. To conclude, I hope that other individuals will read this statement and find themselves being 100% satisfied with Temp-Rite's work and service as I am.
